Just as NYS WCB did NOT send a copy of the March 12, 2018 hearing's Decision to "Dr. Benjamin S. Uh" while citing the "medical report" of "Dr. Benjamin S. Uh" for excluding my NECK, a crucial body part linking between the head and the rest of the body, out of the Established Injury Sites, NYS WCB later in SEPTEMBER 2019, ie almost ONE YEAR AND NINE MONTHS after the date of
injury on Jan. 16, 2018, conspiring with the other parties of perpetrators to torture me further with the so-called "Question on additiona sites of injury to neck and left elbow", again and again did NOT send a hearing notice directly from NYS WCB to the "Dr. Benjamin S. Uh" while NYS WCB acts
to want to telephonicly question "Dr. Benjamin S. Uh" once about this issue of "additional sites" over so many months through so many "hearings" on me. WHY?

The only plausible reason is that the NYS WCB is part of the state terrorism which has plotted and executed the series of murder-attempts on my life, and the "Dr. Benjamin S. Uh" I had been seen by is most likely by a fake identification but on a real role of this state terrorism act. The attached
image is the NYS WCB notice of the upcoming Dec. 01, 2020 virtual hearing about the TELEPHONIC DEPOSITION FROM "Dr. Benjamin S. Uh'. Contemporary history witnesses, please, see the FACTS of the SHEER MURDEROUS EVIL SYSTEM WHICH IS FALSELY BRANDED TO THE WHOLE WORLD AS A LIBERTY, A DEMOCRACY, A PROSPERITY.

I will also demonstrate with another post today how the defense's law firm Jones | Jones LLC together with NYS WCB taunted the Workers' Compensation system on a injured worker victim, me, with that kind of BLURRY stuff which would be called by such a SYSTEM a DOCUMENT, or an EXHIBIT.
