POTUS Donald J. Trump had some symptoms of illness, so he went to see a neurologist, because Trump was quite concerned of whether his smartness would be affected by such symptoms.
Neurologist, from a deck of cards, taking and holding one out to Trump: What is this?
Trump, not seeing well: A piece of sheet.
Neurologist reframes the question: What's on it?
Trump leans ahead and stares: Oh, Democrats.
Neurologist: Mr. President, we are NOT talking about politics now.
Trump shrugs: Then, it's an ass.
Neurologist: Please be scientificly accurate in your answer.
Trump: Gee! Scientific? Donkey!
Neurologist: OK. Now the neurologic test will be harder. I will say TEN words slowly, and you try to remember all of them, and then RECITE as many as possible. And if ever possible, try to recite them in ORDER.
Trump: Bring it on!
Neurologist: Excellent spirit. Ready? Here I go. Biden ... Pushes ... Trump ... So ... Much ... So ... Trump ... Thrusts ... Back ... Biden.
Trump is not just conscious, but also shows vigilance now: Biden pushes Trump so much, so Trump thrusts back Biden.
Neurologist: Remarkable! Oh, I mean Remarkable PERFORMANCE. Now, can you recite these TEN words BACKWARD?
Trump feels flattered, and rushes: Biden back-thrusts Trump so much, so Trump pushes Biden.
Neurologist: Great again! So INCREDIBLE, your IQ improves with flying colors, with just a grain of expert's guidance.
Trump was still IMMERGED in that backward ORDER, and suddenly senses something wrong: Excuse me?
Neurologist: Mr. President, you are good to go even now.
Trump: So, you want me to present a public video acknowledgement?
