Who Would Still Concern about Biden's Cough?

Former VP Joe Biden was coughing into his cupped hand right before the Sept. 29, 2020 first presidential debate. Anyone has any concern about Biden or his cough? Also, whether President Trump and first lady's COVID-19 positivity would be a prelude to something historic?
