This one-hour-long recording is about the telephonic Virtual Hearing of New York State Workers' Compensation Board on July 24, 2020, Friday. I am the victim of a series of premeditated and coordinated murder-attempts which have been veiled as a workplace "accident" at B.Q. Wide Auto Body Parts Supply, Inc (109-35 178th St, Jamaica, NY 11433) on January 16, 2018 and then as medical "diagnoses" and "treatments". I have sustained serious head and whole spine injuries and suffered all over my whole body. Yet, the U.S.A. government sourced perpetrators at all levels have been doing their roles to deny the injuries I sustain, and blame my sufferings to my own.

The people heard in this audio:

1> Ms. Dana Sabghir, from Jones | Jones LLC (5 Hanover Square, Suite 1001, New York, NY 10004), employer/carrier & TPA's defense attorney.

2> Mr. Lucky Enobakhare, Workers' Compensation Law Judge, a black middle-aged man with a heavy immigrant accent, particularly when he was talking to me.

3> Limin Wang, me, in my 40s, the injured worker and victim of this series of premeditated and coordinated murder attempts.

4> Dr. Robert S. April, the employer/carrier/TPA's IME doctor, an old Jewish man who insulted and verbally assaulted me during and after the Nov. 08, 2019 IME. The IME site was 120 E86 St, 2nd Fl, New York, NY 10028)

5> A male voice in the opening minutes and another female voice later on, about the telephonic interpretation.

The audio is unedited, starting from WCLJ's reportedly second call-in [ while I was calling out again to Virtual Hearing's setting-up [phone] for the TECHNICAL ISSUES OF NO PHONE SERVICE found on my phone around the hearing starting time 9 am.] to they dropped me off the TELEPHONIC DEPOSITION. The beginning part was the sham and shame testimony process from dr. robert s. april. All my opponent parties ACT for such a "legal" proceeding. They CLAIM they DON'T understand my talking when they NEED so. The following part was ms. dana sabghir's lies about her contacts to the "treating" doctor Benjamin Uh (New York Medical & Diagnostic Center, 80-46 Kew Gardens Rd, Kew Gardens, NY 11415)and the UNAVAILABILITY of dr. benjamin uh for such a TELEPHONIC DEPOSITION, since March 27, 2020's hearing till this July 24, 2020's hearing. The liars also use the COVID-19 for their deliberate actions. At the end, ms. dana sabghir and WCLJ lucky enobakhare claimed there was no updated medical report and they both tried to claim it's my duty to provide the "medical reports" to NYS WCB. They pretent they do not know anything about the NYS WKC law! Or they think I do not know anything about the NYS WKC law! By law and moral obligation and routine practice, it's supposed for the "treating" physician's clinics to directly submit the "medical reports" to NYS WCB. All the perpetrators coordinated to try to blame their wanton show of "no medical evidence" on the Feb. 01, 2019 hearing as my fault. Also, on my Feb. 27, 2020 visit, it's Dr. Mehrdad Golzad's DIRECT INSTRUCTION to his office to make the next appointment FOUR months later during his showing-up of only SECONDS, and his front desk nasty-attitude girl made the appointment for June 25, 2020. The next day, I asked to them to change it, and it's moved June 23, 2020. Listen how this kind of ATTORNEY ms. dana sabghir talked about my "medical" visits and "medical reports." The
whole evil system, including NYS WCB directly, does all kinds of treacherous deliberate moves to prevent ANY REAL MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT from happening to me or being shown in the "medical reports" which are not denied to my access!!!! The human scums, under the coat of "medical professionals", hid or foul-played many the DIRECT MEDICAL EVIDENCES that could have shown I had been SERIOUSLY INJURED DIRECTLY to my CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM. It's
the corrupt and murderous NYS government system, directly the NYS WCB, that does the intentional cover-up.

Why I started to scream directly to those POWERS in government and businesses? I do not want to be like a docile sheep any more for these AMERICAN HUMAN SCUMS to taunt, torture, and murder me any more! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I have exposed their acts and talks on my online posts before, and I have appealed to the governments at many levels before. Nobody cares!!!!!!!! FUCK THE HUMAN SCUM EVIL SYSTEM AS IT IS.

The whole evil system, including NYS WCB directly, does all kinds
of treacherous deliberate moves to prevent ANY REAL MEDICAL
DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT from happening to me or being shown in the
"medical reports" which are not denied to my access!!!! The human
scums, under the coat of "medical professionals", hid or foul-
played many the DIRECT MEDICAL EVIDENCES that could have shown I had
