For the upcoming June 08, 2020 hearing set up by the WCLJ and the defense parties about the "availability" of the defense's IME doctor Robert S. April and my "treating" doctor Benjamin Uh, on the cause issue of the injuries to my NECK and Left Elbow, I want to say to the perpetrators, including the NYS WCB, no further delay on revealing the TRUTH, no further delay on rescuing my LIFE, no further taunt, torture, or murder attempts. My LIFE matters too.

 

I will attend the June 08, 2020, 1 pm hearing by phone, again. I wish the NYS WCB would be just enough to put simple things correct on the case record.

Re: The Case of Premeditated and Coordinated Murder-Attempts Injury to Limin Wang as Workers’ Compensation Case G2029240

Authority and Business Powers,

The perpetrators from the authority and business powers have premeditated and coordinated the series of murder attempts on me, inflicted serious injuries to me through the workplace meticulously-tampered trap ladder directly by the employer on January 16, 2018 and then through the medical practices “professional” “diagnoses” and “treatments”. The medical practices also have hidden or deleted or ignored or distorted the direct and essential medical evidences of my serious injuries (particularly on the head, neck, and the rest of the spine) and the sequelae over all over my body. The two “medical reports” (Doc#s: 341039485, …6) shown with a WCB Receiving Date of May 27, 2020 while Medical Service Date of  June 25, 2018 and Sept 26, 2018 are some REPRESENTATIVE problematic evidence in the eCase Folder. The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board is part of such ruthless murderous system. Almost TWO AND A HALF YEARS later, such an administrative justice system is still setting ANOTHER hearing to go for ANOTHER round of so-call SETTING UP an AVAILABLE day with the IME doctor Robert S. April and the “treating” doctor Benjamin Uh for WCL Judge’s PHONE call. Look what Jones | Jones has claimed the non-availability of Dr. Benjamin Uh on the case folder Doc#4000216497. The perpetrators themselves know how they have CAUSED serious injuries on my NECK and how they have re-made my NECK and Left Elbow as re-disputed sites since SEPTEMBER 2019, one year and nine months after the date of injury. I try to remind the perpetrators, how they reached their decisions on the first and second hearings of this WCB G2029240 case.

The perpetrators have been dragging the case to pass some statute limitations and to have better and better chances to BLAME on “DEGENERATIVE DISEASES”, and controlling the electronic world to prevent the truth from the victim’s side from spreading. Now, by the so-called COVID-19, even the international travel has been severely restrained. It has become more and more obvious that neither my birthplace country China nor the immigration country U.S.A. will bring the THREE aspects of justice (health recovery and financial compensation to me, and criminal investigation and punishment to the perpetrators), so I will bring out more of the TRUTH for interested bystanders to view, and hopefully for some heroes worldwide to stand up to help bring down the whole evil system which directly and repetitively attempts to torture and murder people like me. The perpetrators may laugh me to be a joke, but the ultimate joke is the true brutality and bogus justice system rooted in capitalism. This is my way to commemorate the so-called June 4^th, 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre. Yet, the massacre on the slaves by the ruling classes is silent and constant.

When the defense's attorney claimed "no updated medical report" on this case and wanted to stop even the ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS PER WEEK compensation, I answered straight to them that it's the NYS Workers' Compensation System and sometimes the NYS Workers' Compensation Board directly that made no real medical service available to me. I mentioned one example. The written report from the "treating" office of the Feb. 27, 2020 medical visit included "follow-up visit in two months," but the "treating" office orally provided the follow-up appointment for four months later. Look what the written decision of the June 08, 2020 phone hearing includes for a laundry or cover-up:
"The carrier also seeks to suspend benefits because there is no up to date medical report but it is noted that due to COVID-19 emergency, it has been difficult for claimants to see doctors."
It's a sham and shame and murder system.
