這是要用心理醫生的主觀意見來洗刷掉工傷受害者所遭受的實際傷害和痛苦嗎？還是我
的社會生活經曆讓我把事情提前想得太黑暗了？在紐約州，我是否有權利拒絕這種獨立
醫療檢查？保險公司為何不用骨科醫生、神經科醫生、和非傷害性的醫療儀器客觀檢查
呢？

What is the purpose of the workers' compensation insurance to request a 
psychologist for a so-called Independent Medical Examination on me the work-
injured? Is it an attempt to use a subjective opinion from an opponent-party
-chosen psychologist to deny the factual pain and suffering I have sustained
from the work injury? Or is it just I have pre-envisioned too dark of this 
matter, based on my real life experience? In New York State, do I have the 
right to reject such a non-related IME? Why the insurance not request an IME
from an othorpedist or neurologist, or by non-invasive objective medical 
examination instrument?
