What comes next after Syrian side reported missile attack?

Syria and Russia both said a major airfield has been attacked by missiles. 
They first accused of the USA behind the attack, but probably after data 
collection and analysis, now pointed to Israel and describled how it 
happened. The big question is:

What the Syrian side wants to proactively do? instead of just passively 
responding. If militarily, you have the answer, then simply answer, no 
matter who is behind. Answer the way you get the harm, and then the coward 
will show up, otherwise, it sustains the same or even worse kind of atrocity
. Also, in the Syrian and Lebonese territories and airspace, you have a lot 
of targets to hit. That simple. 

P.S. In the world, animals do not lie, but animal humans often lie. I hate lying 
animal humans so badly because they are the ones hurting me badly.

If Russia, Iran, Syria still think they can win the Syrian war without direct open confrontation with the US led group, they are strategically wrong. The best defense is offense. All's fair in love and war. These two sayings they need to remind themselves ALL THE TIME. Don't let female butcher tell you the ways to follow.
