從“尋”和“求”到“人”和“東西”

前幾天，有人轉了潤濤閻的《劉莉莉應該體諒張紹剛》。

潤濤閻的文章基本上是麻子買平膚霜或禿子賣生發水，雖然有很多人買，但是是自以為是而且低智商的，也就是說都是送樂嗬的，因為他曾經給我送了很多的樂嗬，我也寫了一些帖子來表達這些樂嗬，比如說我的《小潤濤閻的小圓石柱和他的炸藥》就是他送的，這個也不例外，我就回了一句“公式文章。事實是有人“找工作”有人“求工作”，美國也不例外”。

為什麽呢？

首先說事實

事實就是事實是有人“找工作”有人“求工作”，美國也不例外，特別是在今天美國經濟不太好的情況下，美國人“求工作”的人就更多了。

一般說來，牛人“找工作”，甚至工作找他或她，普通人，也就是說不那麽牛的人就不得不“求工作”，其實即便是牛人也有碰到他或她特別想要的一生難得的機會時“求工作”。

再說公式文章

那就是利用中西方文化的差別，因為中西方的文化差別巨大，所以可以找到很多例子。這個公式就是找一個或幾個例子，然後盡情發揮無限上綱。

潤濤閻在他的《劉莉莉應該體諒張紹剛》裏用的例子是西方人“尋（search）”工作和中國人“求（beg）”工作，他盡情發揮無限上綱出來的是西方文化和社會裏雇主和被雇用是如何的平等，而中國文化和社會裏雇主和被雇用是如何的不平等。

最後以其人之道還治其人之身

我舉一個相反的例子以潤濤閻之道還治潤濤閻之身，而且也是屬於“尋（search）”工作或“求（beg）”工作時的用語，甚至比“尋（search）”工作或“求（beg）”工作用的更頻繁，因為人們必經不是天天都“尋（search）”工作或“求（beg）”工作，這個用語人們幾乎天天用。

我的例子是：“雇傭”、“雇用”或“雇”，對應的英語是“hire”，當然還有“employ”。這裏我隻說“hire”，因為“hire”比較好玩兒。

英語裏，“hire”人是“雇人”，“hire”東西是“雇東西”，“hire”不僅對人用，還對東西用，而且主要是對東西用的。

因為：1 chiefly British obtain the temporary use of (something) for an agreed payment（英語“hire”這個詞的意思我附在後麵供大家參考。）畢竟英語是英國人的語言，美國英語雖然也是英語，最多也就200多年的曆史，而且雖然有不同也是200多年慢慢變化的。

大家都知道，中國人不說“雇東西”，對應的是“租”，比如說農民“租地”，“租牲口”和“租工具”等等。

當然了，英語裏也有跟“租”對應的詞：“rent”。

這個例子告訴我們，英語裏對“人”和“東西”不加區分或區分的不太仔細。相比之下，中文就是區分“人”和“東西”的，有上麵的例子為證。
