Halloween Fun Cookies1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 tsp white vinegar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Optional:
Powdered sugar icing
中高速攪拌器攪拌butter 30 秒,加入sugar,baking powder,baking soda,cinnamon,攪拌均勻。加egg, vinegar,攪拌,逐步加入麵粉。蓋上麵團,入冰箱3小時。
烤箱預熱375F。麵團擀成約1/8 inch厚,用cookie cutter切成形狀,入噴油的烤盤,烤6分鍾左右,或邊緣金黃。
取出,涼透,用icing裝飾。
Powdered Sugar Icing1 cup powered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk
Combine sugar, vanilla, 1tsp milk a time, mix until smooth. Add food color as desire.
糯米小南瓜

咬一口,軟軟香香。
做法:南瓜去皮切片,上鍋蒸熟。撚成泥,加入糯米粉,揉成團。包入豆沙,芝麻或紫薯等餡,用刀壓出花紋,葡萄幹作把,上籠蒸6分鍾左右,即成。
糯米南瓜盅

做法:
糯米,紫糯米泡水過夜。紅棗,蓮子,杏仁等泡幾個小時。上鍋蒸熟糯米,約30-40min。拌入紅棗、蜜棗、枸杞、葡萄幹、蓮子、桂圓肉、杏仁、紅豆沙 及白糖。裝入掏空的南瓜,上鍋蒸30min,淋入蜂蜜, 即成。
