我來的晚，錯過了大家的練習。深感這個練習有用。故自己私下趕課。錄製了lesson 1.練了幾遍。望各位同修手下不留情，花寶貴時間幫我改卷子。謝謝！

我說一個讀這一課的感想。就是停頓。之前我總有一口氣讀不完覺得丟詞加詞饒舌等等。後來我注意到，一句話裏停頓很重要，停頓找對了，高低起伏容易出來，就不是念經了。

這個收獲對我很寶貴。是受壇子裏同修們啟發才注意到的。謝謝！
