Well, this is such an exordinarily precious evening that the family is all together. All three of you have made significant progress in your career. These couple of days you are here, I observedthat you have notably matured, taking initiatives, beingconfident and assertive. Thats very good.

As for the two of us, we are reducing stress level and work load. We are each finding new things, have more time doing things together, and share ideas. We will stay active and engaging with you.

We are getting a new phase for the family. You will gradually take more responsibly of the family business, from concept formation to planning to execution.

But, we will still be here and this will be your home...
