舉例看一下某大公司的組織結構
例子是LOCKHEED-MARTIN。全球雇員11萬,專業人員(ENGINEERS, SCIENTISTS,IT PROFESSIONALS)6萬人。
公司下麵有四個部門,這個部門的領導是EVP,工資100萬左右,加股權可以到700萬。
再下一個層次,DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR, 工資在30-40萬之間,股票不詳。
根據做的東西再分成一個一個PROGRAM。洛馬現在有將近1000個項目在進行,平均每個項目有60幾個專業人員。
每個PROGRAM分四個層次。
Tier1 –Program Manager/VP, PROGRAM MANAGER 工資大概20萬。
Tier2-Functional Teams (Finance, Chief Engineer, Quality, Operations, etc.), CHIEF ENGINEER 工資大概20萬。10年以上經驗(LEVEL 6)。
Tier3-Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) (Weapon System Development, Weapon System Integration, etc.), LEAD ENGINEER工資15萬,六七年經驗(LEVEL 4)
Tier4-detailed product development.
ENGINEER:工資8-10萬。
另外非專業人員,Floor or touch workers belong to component assembly teams.[118] Lockheed Martin manages and maintains its relationship with these touch workers through its supervisors and unions.[119]
