HVAC: each 15 year, $4500, each year $300.
Appliance: each 15 year, $1500, $100.
Total so far: $1200. Now take a breath...
Remodel
1 kitchen each 20 years: $20k
1 master bath each 20 years: $8000
1 and half bath each 20 years: $5000.
I have said nothing about floor and carpet, cut trees, refinish driveway, etc. etc. etc.
