Streptomyces coelicolor基因組調查1

PNAS2003年關於GEOSMIN合成基因的文章，引發了2004年強哥及自己的一些想法。

1，探求藍藻中相關的基因(強哥)

2，基因敲除---合成途經(我)

3，FPPS/GPPS基因---引物合成---特異專一條帶的得到----部分序列----適用於至少2種以上的產MIB，GEOSMIN的藍藻(我，2004)

5，檢查Streptomyces coelicolor  genome,發現SCO6073 (cyclase)與FPPS/GPPS/。。並不是在相近的區，
