Can a noncustodial parent take the child to a doctor?

A: If your child needs to see a doctor, take him/her. I do not see why you would want to wait to get a permission to see a doctor in an emergency situation. In a non-emergency situation, obviously you want to talk to the other side first to see if you can get a permit.
