True! I saw something in a movie today and wanted to share with you too, it says:

真正的勝利不是戰勝很多與他人的戰役,而是戰勝你自己.

I thought about all my weaknesses and how I indulge myself and not discipline my behaviors and thoughts - I lose to myself all the time!
