The Biggest Mud Pie

One day, Annie said, "I want to make a mud pie!" Her parents said, "Mud Pie? Well, Okay, only if you promised to stay clean."

Annie played with water and dirt to make some mud.  She called to her animal friends.  The bird, bunny, squirrel, deer, and the moose.

"What are we doing?" They asked.  "We are making a mud pie." Annie said.  "Ewwwwww" Said her friends.  "We have the mud already.  Now what?"

"I know," she said at last.  "we'll collect leaves and stuff like that."  So everybody including Annie collected a lot of plants.  They created a pile of plants by doing that.  Annie was very, very, very happy.

Next, they put the mud into a big pile.  Annie told her friends how to make mud.  Everybody were now making tons of mud. "Wow," Annie whispered to the bunny, "This is going to be a huge mud pie."  Author speaking, "I think so too."

Annie's friend, Amy, came to help.  Author...Oh forget the author.  Amy was Annie's best friend.  While all the animals made the mud pie.  Annie and Amy wrote more instructions.

They did not look.....

When Annie looked over her shoulder, what she saw made her cheer! "You'll never believe this!"  She told Amy.  "Look!" "Woooowww!" Amy said.

Amy and Annied washed their animal friends, and they gave them some food.  While the little animals lied in the sun, Amy and Annie had to clean up the mess.  But her parents said she could keep the mud pie.
