SUMMARY:今天(9月26日星期三)開盤時的房貸二級市場Fannie Mae 3.0債券的價格飆漲10 ticks至$106 2/32(要知道兩個星期前其價格還在$103左右徘徊)!二級市場債券的價格越高,其年回報率(即yield)就越低,和其掛鉤的30年房貸的利率就越低。目前重新貸款40萬左右的利率30年固定仍維持在曆史新低3.25%,15 年固定降為2.625%。5/1 ARM仍為2.75%!購房貸款40萬左右,30年固定的利率仍為3.25%,15年固定降為2.5%,5/1 ARM仍為2.5%。 | ||||||
