The demand and supply theory in dealing with the economy ofa society as a whole is not proper. Toprosper as a whole, to have a net increase, people in the country have to work,to create value, everyone has to contribute. No matter how small the value is,if everybody contributes, the society as whole prospers.

Demand and supply theory is only proper for the wallstreet or companies and the market in determining a proper price in exchange. 

The function of the government is not to determine themarket, but is to help the whole country to prosper. The whole society can only prosper only if allpeople to contribute to the society.  Anypolicy that discourages people to work, discourages people to contribute to thesociety including the government is not a good policy.  It is that simple.

Between entitlement programs and job creating programs,please choose the latter.  The formerwill be naturally taken care of by the prosperity of the country, by charityorganizations, and by the network of the society as a whole.
