about salary raise

Yesterday did some thought about the salary raise in China. Basically I think it is a good thing will help to stablize the economy in China.
1) the increased money won't have too much effect on the inflation, because they can only spend the extra on some low end products, maybe they may save rather than spend.
2) the product cost will increase, but it may not effect the final product price in US and China. First, the product owner or buyer may have a huge profit margin, so they may be able to absord it. Also the production cost only is a very small portion of the cost.
3) there should be no effect on the house price in Beijing and Shanghai.
4) The problem in china is there are too much money on the market, so raise the salary will be a way to pull money out from huge cities, because they may send the money back. Anyway, it is better to spread the benefit gained.
