胸中積淤的哀傷 變得愈發沉 愈發重心被壓得喘不過氣怦怦跳得感覺要窒息淚已無力流淌沉於心底醞釀更多的哀傷腦海中一片空白 無力思考 無力感受 隻是全然沉浸在那無盡的空虛之中魂散了 無力收回恍如在夢中 無力換醒自己夜深了絲毫感受不到一絲生命的氣息在死一般的寂靜中將自己掩埋等待 生命的靈犀重新被注入漫長的空無的等待

看盡花似海如雪落 回複 悄悄話 "Grieving is a great catharsis and comfort and a way of keeping yourself composed." quote from "Tuesday with Morrie". It's a healthy emtion as long as you keep it in check.

May you thoroughly experience the sorrow; may the feeling penetrate your heart, your soul; So when you wake up in the morning, you can move on to the new phase of the life.
