故事簡介：

延續家業 招婿入贅
經營珍珠買賣生意的富商朱兆昌(劉江飾)，希望由長子嫡孫繼承「皓月珠寶店」，可惜膝下隻有三個女兒。一直寄望最聰明的二女朱碧霞(宣萱飾)能繼承家業， 但碧霞不理父親對自己的期望及反對，離家出走，嫁給羅子輝，兆昌隻好招郎入舍，將大女朱碧雲(商天娥飾)嫁給與父親兩代都在朱家打工的何祥興(林保怡 飾)，雖然祥興的意中人是碧霞，也隻好將情意收藏心底，協助兆昌打理生意。
兆昌之外甥洪耀生(陶大宇飾)一直對兆昌的家業虎視眈眈，但兆昌認為家業隻能傳給姓朱的後人，對耀生未有予以重任。身為「皓月」珠寶買辦的耀生，以權謀 私。

殺出程咬金爭產 姊妹嫌隙更深
碧霞的丈夫身故後，始知丈夫欠下巨債，為了還債帶同兒子回娘家，努力修補與父親的關係，更把兒子羅伯添(譚真一飾)過繼姓朱。接著，兆昌因末期肝癌去世， 臨終前交託碧雲要跟碧霞共同管理珍珠店。自問為朱家付出不少的碧雲心中不忿，爭產風波蘊釀之際，兆昌的情婦蘇麗嫦(滕麗名飾) 突然出現，並以腹中塊肉來瓜分朱家家業，三姊妹隻好聯成一線，對抗外敵。
其實麗嫦是耀生安排接近兆昌之女人，當日耀生被麗嫦的丈夫綁架，麗嫦誤會他非富則貴，冒險救之。於是耀生與麗嫦合謀，安插麗嫦在兆昌身邊成為情婦，再入侵 朱家，挑撥離間三姊妹的感情，把一切搶回來！
碧雲為令碧霞知難而退，指令祥興設計令碧霞處處碰壁，但祥興卻暗地協助碧霞學習生意經營。碧雲為留住祥興，不惜收斂小姐脾氣，修補夫妻關係。碧霞也想不透 祥興的真正目的，認為他對自己餘情未了，遂利用這份舊情，令自己在珍珠店站穩陣腳。另一方麵，碧霞發現原來麗嫦跟耀生是串通的，藉此要脅耀生跟自己合作對 抗碧雲。
碧雲為了鞏固自己的勢力，向三妹碧霖(陳美詩飾)埋手，安排政治婚姻欲操控她，碧霖在碧霞的慫恿下，假裝跟周旭仔(陳山聰飾)發生，迫碧雲取消婚事。傻氣 的旭仔信以為真，堅持要娶碧霖為妻，令碧霖哭笑不得。

狼子野心　敵不過一腔柔情
碧霞以為可以利用祥興打擊及對付碧雲，竟然假扮對祥興仍有情意，祥興起初仍不為所動，然而理智卻敵不過感情。碧雲發現祥興一直暗戀著碧霞，令夫妻關係惡 劣，耀生趁此機會乘機插祥興一刀，挑撥碧雲跟祥興的關係，令兩人夫妻關係瀕臨決裂。
耀生發現碧霞回家後將兒子伯添過繼到朱家，及所做一切其實隻是為了把兒子留在身邊，開始對碧霞改觀及產生好感，暗地維護碧霞母子倆。
麗嫦一直備受三姊妹謀害，幾令性命與腹中塊肉不保，漸對「老實忠厚」的祥興傾心，也同時發現耀生對碧霞產生了感情，二人的奪產大計似乎將有變。而祥興得知 被碧霞利用大受打擊，亦見麗嫦在朱家孤軍作戰，遂向她招手，麗嫦為了胎兒著想，亦對祥興存有好感，自然一拍即合，奈何祥興隻視她為複仇工具……

重拾親情 掌上明珠再發光
祥興及麗嫦成功把朱家搞到四分五裂，祥興亦暗地以慢性毒藥來侵害碧雲的神智，令碧雲簽下了轉讓業權的文件；祥興得到麗嫦及碧雲的一半產權及支持後，再使計 騙得了碧霖的產權，最終祥興成功從眾女手中奪得朱家的珍珠事業。此時，朱家三姊妹才驀然醒覺，終於團結起來，在耀生及麗嫦的協助下，一致對抗祥興，聯手作 出大反擊……
