故事簡介：
萬物法則皆講求理性邏輯，愛情卻是例外！《談情說案》講述了教授遇上女警，展開一段理性與感性角力的浪漫愛情故事。當中穿插一宗又一宗奇特有趣、必 須物理角度拆解的案件，增添劇集的趣味性，令觀眾欲罷不能。
景博(林峰飾)被喻為最年輕天才物理學家，受聘回港當大學副教授，並在好友重案組高級督察盧天恒（馬國明飾）的誠邀下，以超凡的科學角度分析，成功協 助警方破解多宗奇案，更結識了探員徐小麗（犀利妹） (楊怡飾)。景博出身名門，理性、講邏輯；小麗出身草根，感性、講直覺。兩個不同世界的人，燃起愛火，必然承受考驗。
另一方麵，風流不羈的天恒，和舊同學淩敏嘉(廖碧兒飾)維持著一段純情欲的關係，後來敏嘉發現愛上天恒，明白二人沒有結果，便毅然離港。一日，天恒再 遇敏嘉，得知敏嘉將與男友結婚，天恒才赫然發現不想失去敏嘉。
