劇情簡介：

股票市場中戰無不勝的富商利兆天（陶大宇），本是其父在廣州所娶的發妻明星（葉德嫻）之子，後來其父娶了香港富家之女白宴（鮑起靜），天白小在宴悉心栽培 下，成為有學問有權勢的富家子弟。明其後來港追尋丈夫的消息，並為了重整旗鼓留香港賺錢，惟托人在廣州照顧天的親弟傑（譚耀文）。傑為人攻於心計，誌在飛 黃騰達，因一次機緣巧合下傑救了天，並在天協助之下來到香港，及後傑戀上天的女友路雲（周海媚），一個勾心鬥角、兄弟情仇的故事亦同時展開。
