故事梗概：

1949年10月1日，毛澤東主席向全世界莊嚴宣布：“中華人民共和國成立了！”在這曆史的強音激蕩下，解放大軍迅速揮師南下，兵鋒直指重慶，隨著解放的腳步漸漸臨近，一場沒有硝煙的戰爭卻剛剛開始。代號為“老板”的大特務頭子嚴森，奉毛人鳳之命，率三千餘名武裝特務潛伏在重慶地下，執行一項絕密計劃
