請問八老師怎樣成功申請返美證？

我有一個朋友，是加拿大籍，持有美國綠卡。因為他常年在加拿大，所以需要辦理返美證。現已經遞交申請，並且打好指模。他這是第三次辦理返美證，這次美國移民局有要求添付材料，就是回答問題。它要求飛機票，最後一次進入美國的護照蓋章，工作學習證明在這段期間，本次旅行之前的。

因為我朋友最近幾次都是開車入境的，沒有飛機票的證明。也因為開車入境，護照上沒有最後一次入境證明，護照上隻有2015年的入境章。隻有反美證上，有2017年的一次入境章。而他是最少每年去一次美國。

至於工作證明，不知道加拿大的工作證明可否? 是否會有反作用? 因為不在美國生活？下次更新綠卡會有麻煩？

我叫他去調I-94 出入境記錄，不知道他調的怎麽樣。像他這種情況，該怎麽處理，才能順利申請到返美證？而不影響到他的綠卡和日後的綠卡更新？懇求大家的建議和指導。謝謝。
