作為一個統計學家,當他麵對一個未知現象乃至整個世界時,他的最高理性是:他對任何事情皆無知,而萬事萬物對他來說都是隨機的,沒有什麽是確定無疑的。這是他開始自己的認知活動時能夠確立的唯一假設。
The Highest Rationality of a Statistician
As a statistician, when he is facing an unknown phenomenon or even the whole world, his highest rationality should be that he knows nothing, and everything to him is in randomness thus nothing is certainty. This is the only assumption that he can establish when he begins his cognition to the whole world.
