世界債務告急 – 誰是多米諾骨牌的下一張？

自上星期迪拜債務危機以來，在平靜了幾天之後，債務危機再起波瀾。過去兩天，海灣地區股市再次出現連續暴跌。迪拜世界方麵已透露，將考慮通過出售部分海外資產償債。昨天，評級公司又將和迪拜有關的6家公司降級，而且，在歐洲，希臘的外債問題也使歐洲股市哀鴻遍野，評級公司也給希臘政府的職務將了級。而且，其它一些歐洲國家也受到警告。

相信嗎？ 其實，希臘還算不上欠外債最多的10個國家之一，因為要想上這個“光榮榜”，至少要從小兩萬億起：讓我們來欣賞一下這10個國家，看誰將成為多米諾骨牌倒下的下一張，或許，所有人都將幸運地成為中央銀行的 “too big to fail”？

10． 盧森堡：1.994 萬億

9． 日本：2.1 萬億

8． 愛爾蘭：2.386 萬億

7． 西班牙：2.41 萬億

6． 荷蘭：2.45 萬億

5． 意大利：2.567 萬億

4． 法國：5.01 萬億

3． 德國：5.21 萬億

2． 英國：9.087 萬億

這些統計數據在worldbank的網站都可查到，但現在最關鍵的是這些國債的成熟期，將引起ripple effect。但這些國債的成熟期是沒有記錄的，所以本博文才叫“誰是多米諾的下一張”，it means, it could be anyone. thanks

I doubt about the correctness of the figures. The total states debt of the Netherlands (Holland) this year is 2940億Euro, and next it is expected to increase to 3280億Euro. How does the figure of 荷蘭：2.45 萬億 come from?

同理，債多不愁。兩者都是唯心主義。問題還在那兒，並且越來越嚴重，遲早要爆發的。

如果是國家對國家，那互免還有可能，但這債主有許多是私人機構，像退休帳戶管理金，私人金融機構，企業，這可能不僅三角吧。

These number are not foreign-owned public debt, it is the total public debt. If you look at US treasury bulletin (http://www.fms.treas.gov/bulletin/index.html), by sep 2009, US public debt is about 11.0 trillion. about 3.5 trillion is foreign-owned debt.
