無須多加介紹的作品。作者藤子·Ｆ·不二雄少年時受手塚治蟲的影響，投身漫畫事業。１９７０年，藤子創作的《機器貓》開始在《小學館》雜誌上連載，一炮打響。１９７９年製成動畫後，至今已被譯成數十種語言在全世界發行。
藤子·Ｆ·不二雄動畫劇長一直是電視的收視保證，《神氣小子》、《Ｑ太郎》、《奇天列百科全書》等都是藤子的招牌作品。筆者記憶中的“叮當”初次在國內刊物上出現是在８０年代初期的《少年科學畫報》上，其後通過在中央電視台播放風行全國，我國新動漫事業發展初現漣漪。藤子·Ｆ·不二雄於１９９６年９月在東京去世，現由新秀田中道明繼續繪畫“機器貓”故事。
