Getting a fish

Me and Kevin wanted a pet, we wanted a dog. But we couldn't get a dog because Kevin had allergies to dogs. So we -all decided to get a fish! Kevin wasn't allergic to fish! We waited for weeks to get a fish but everyday we were busy. -Finally one day we went to a restaurant, on the way we saw a pet shop. When me and kevin saw it, we begged -and begged to go there. But sadly we had to eat lunch first. We had a delicious meal of noodles and spring rolls. After -we went to drop our dad at work. Now we thought we could go to the pet shop. But my mom said that we needed to go to a shop to buy a uniform for our new school. We had to look for the number 5911 on the shop. We kept looking for it, but we couldn't find it. WE WASTED ONE WHOLE HOUR LOOKING FOR THE SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soon, my mom looked closely at the map and she saw that the shop was at SE not SW, we were looking all over SW. She- is so silly! Finally we found the shop. There was a line of people to choose their uniforms, we sat on a chair. 20 mins.- later... We were finally at the line! We chose our uniform, then payed. The uniforms were expensive. IT WAS 200 DOLLARS- ALTOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went back in the car and drove to the pet shop. We were -looking for fish but there were no fish left! My mom bought some fake plants to put in the fish tank.- After we had to go home. Me and Kevin played together until it was night. We had to go to bed. I dreamt about what the fish would look like and how it would be like to have one. The next morning we had breakfast, I had cereal, and milk. After breakfast we brushed our teeth, washed our face, and changed clothes. We finally went to another pet shop. We looked at all the fish, it was hard to decide on all of them. Then we all decided on an orange one, it was a betta fish. We also bought something that you spray in the bowl to make to water clean. After we payed we went home, we sprayed the thing in to make the water clean. Then we put the fish in, we named the fish Ponyo. It was fun getting a fish!2009-08-17
