活出自我？ 獨樂樂， 眾樂樂？ 

每個人的生活都是和家人， 朋友， 熟人和周圍環境相互嵌入的。關係越親密， 相互嵌入和相互滲透的就更深更廣。  我們每個人每天也都在不停地調換角色： 媽媽， 妻子， 同事， 大廚， 清潔工， 。。。， 每人都是多元體。 

活得精彩， 做好每個角色， 和身邊人互動自如流暢愉快， 自己和外在的大環境和諧， 身心健康 愉快便是美好人生 。
