Should I give up my EB1a case? (2)

Yestday, I got the e-mail back from my lawyer.  He let me to send him my updated documents. Even through he didn't pormise me that he would make a call,  I must keep my faith in him.  If  this doesn't work,  I will file a formal appeal.   I did my part  and will leave other things to the God!
