前兩天在netflix上看了一部電影,“Night Train to Lisbon"。男主角原本過著一成不變的單調生活,偶然j間讀到一本好書,深深震撼下,一衝動就踏上了去裏斯本的夜車,尋找書的作者背後的故事。看到這裏,我已經忍不住點頭--這正是我家餐桌的寫照啊!如果每次都煮一樣的菜式,我早就沒了請客的熱情。正因為有好奇的激勵,每一次請客,我都選擇一個新國家,新菜式來挑戰;我家的餐桌就好像跳上了列車,在世界各地遍嚐美食,經曆一段段令人著迷的旅程。昨晚我家的量子美食列車就像這部電影名字一樣,開到葡萄牙囉!
葡萄牙菜式海鮮豐富,口味濃鬱。
柳丁鬆子沙拉 Orange Salad With Pine Nuts
清爽的沙拉,喜歡鬆子香和新鮮柳丁的甜很搭。
2 large oranges, 12 cups young field greens, 1/2 small onion, 1/3cup pine nuts, toasted
dressing: grated zest of a orange, 2 tbsp fresh orange juice, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 small garlic, 2/3 cup olive oil
茴香炒蠶豆 Fennel And Fava Beans Salad
茴香和蠶豆一個脆爽一個軟糯,卻是很完美的搭配。
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add fennel and garlic, then add the favas. Turn off the heat, add the scallions and 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, toss, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cilantro.
蒜香鷹嘴豆 Chickpea Salad With Roasted Garlic
• 1 head of garlic, papery outside husks removed
• 2 15-oz. cans chickpeas, drained
• 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
• 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
• 3 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/2" dice
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 425. Slice 1/4" off top of head of garlic. Wrap garlic in foil. In small baking dish, roast garlic until it turns buttery soft, 30 to 40 mins. Let stand 10 mins. to cool.Meanwhile, in serving bowl, mix chickpeas with basil and vinegar. Set aside. When garlic is cool enough to handle, squeeze out each clove into bean mixture. Stir well to coat beans. Toss with diced tomatoes. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper. Serve at room temperature.

糖醋蘿卜Sweet Sour Carrots
1 tbsp kosher salt, 6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/8-inch coins, 1 garlic clove, minded; 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp chopped fresh oregano leaves, 1 tsp sweet paprika, 1/4 tsp cracked anise seeds, freshly ground black pepper
Toss everything together.
Duck Rice 葡式鴨飯

葡式鴨飯是一道傳統菜式,鴨肉,鴨油,鴨香加上葡式香腸,令飯粒變得惹味香濃。
