It has already been 2 months since laid off. I have read an article about bloging as construction means of dealing with the situation. So here I am.
I have studied a golf blog at wxc, but kind of stopped. I hope I can stick to what I am doing this time.
Being a major providor to the family for past 10 years, now contributed little to financial situation at home is stressful for me.
As for job hunting goes, the high tech jobs I worked for past 10+ years is shrinking fast. The timing of my company closing door is just BAD. There is almost no job open anywhere in USA. It is fanny that most of the job goes to east, some to where I left many years ago mainland. I remember it is a commenly accepted idea that labor cost is quite nelectable compare to cost of the tools we are using back when I started. It is obviously wrong, now. Labor cost is still a big deal. Although I can try to go back, I have been living in USA for almost for 18 years. My family are all used the life style here, and no one is really has driven need to go back. It seems I need to do something else if I want to find a job.
