Some surgeons may prefer ITI system, which allows easier surgical placements yet not the case for restoratives though. The fees vary a lot, office by office and case by case. I generally charge $3-6k/site which includes the surgical placement, bony graft, abutment, and crown. You may also think about no treatment, bridges, or partial dentures as an alternative due to financial reasons. Take care.
