Don’t limit your child’ success to your vision of success

I actually verbalized my thoughts to my wife the other day and told her not to worry about our kids' future plan. I told her that if our daughter wants to be social worker, counselor, school teacher,  let her be. If she wants to be one  of CEO, CFO,CTO, CIO, or any other imaginable positions ending with "O", let her be. Why limit their success or career to the things we know only?  The most important thing is that they have the will to fight for what they want and deserve, but not to settle.
