還是吃飯的問題。。。

我家小妞馬上就2歲了,以前吃飯一直是她先吃,吃一會不餓了開玩,我接著喂,那時吃得還行,中午晚上每頓一個雞腿的肉量,小半張tortilla的澱粉量,蔬菜若幹,每頓雖然簡單,可也是有飯有肉有菜,基本營養均衡。兩頓中間就喝奶吃些水果,一天20oz奶。(吃了不長那是另外一段鬱悶就不提了。)

前一陣出大牙沒胃口我也無可奈何,牙出來後實在是不耐煩喂了,每頓讓她自己吃,問她吃飽了就撤,2個星期下來這幾天吃得量大致恢複,可是發現她基本隻愛吃澱粉類,蔬菜肉類隻吃一口(如果喂到嘴裏也吃,可自己不拿),水果吃得還行,奶量增加到25oz。有時還貪玩不吃飯,隻好拿她愛吃的零食引誘她上桌。

書上說給孩子健康的選擇,讓孩子自己決定,一段時間累積下來一般營養還是均衡的。我本來也是這樣打算,可是2星期基本不吃肉有點沉不住氣了,還該接著喂嗎,還是階段性的熬過就好?

另,她不吃餃子包子丸子蛋羹酸奶奶酪,雞蛋很客氣地隻吃一兩口,愛吃餅,實在不行我隻好攤雞蛋餅了,不過後媽比較懶,還是存在僥幸心理。。。

小鼴鼠媽媽 回複 悄悄話 She was teething then and her eating has gone back to normal. She loves tofu and nuts. Peas are ok, only a couple bites of cheese, and no yogurt at all. She loves chickend apple sausages I get from Costco. She can eat a whole one all by herself. Meatballs are ok, as long as it is only once a week.

don't 'scared' by the nice presentation of the lunch box. focus on the content :) it can be simple as long as our little ones like them.
