材料:1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
1 egg white
12tsp vanilla
3 tbsp all purpose flour
Pinch salt
1 1/2 cups sesame seeds
做法:1. In a large bowl, using a wooden spoon,beat butter and sugar until light and creamy,about 3 minutes. Add lemon zest, egg white and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, salt and sesame seeds, mixing until ingredients are well moistened.
2. Shape dough into 3/4 inch(2cm)balls. Place about 3 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Press each ball flat, using a wet offset spatula of fingers(我通常用蠟紙蓋著,用擀麵杖擀薄)
3. Bake in preheat oven 350F(180C) for 9 to 13 minutes or until golden.
4. Cool completely on cookie sheet.
Tips:1,一定要看著點,根據情況加減時間。
