根據Sacramento Association of Realtor's 的最新統計，2008年12月份Sacramento地區的房屋成交量比11月增長了14.5%， 比2007年12月的成交量增長了140%。
價錢方麵，2008年，12月的中位房價為18萬，比去年同期的中位房價28萬下降了35.7%。
Based on Sacramento Association of Realtor's Statistic, December showed a strong close to the year, recording 1932 closed escrows, a 14.5% increase from 1589 sales recorded in Nov. When compared to same month one year ago, December 2008 stands 140% above the 805 closed escrow recroded in December 2007.
The median price of $180,000 was down 2.7% from November's media price $184,944 and is the lowest level since Feb 2002. The current figure is 35.7% below the $280,000 median price of December 2007.
