個月前，我和老公打算買房。當時朋友介紹了一個agent, 老公就用他的名字和agent簽了6個月的協議，沒有我的名字。但是經過一段時間的work together，發現這個agent不是很care。請他帶我們去看房子，他也常常不能配合我們的時間，給我們code叫我們自己去看。我們很想換一個agent。請問大家，如果用我的名字去另外找一個agent，這樣是不是沒有違反老公跟之前那個agent的協議。我們不想最後turn out要付extra money給agent。另外有一個問題，跟agent一開始就要簽6個月的協議嗎？很怕再遇到一個不肯做事的agent，不想把自己綁死。

買方和工作一樣，都需要TEAM WORK. 要"雙贏"才行。

對於買房的，買房和結婚一樣，一定要找到“對眼‘的房子才行。 It takes time. 對於agent來說，好多agent都沒有basep pay, 隻有make a transaction 才能養家糊口。你家和agent 的矛盾在Real Estate Industry 很常見。You feel the agent is too pushｙ, and the agent feels that you are wasting his time.

我的建議是和current agent 好好談一談。Have a open communication. Let the agent clear your expectation. The bottom line is to get the house you really like, no matter how long it takes or even change to another agent.

如果你沒用current agent 買房，而用了別的agent within the contract term, 這事　可大， 可小。If the current agent does not file a claim against you to cover the commission lost, there will be no negative impact on you. Otherwise, you may have to pay him.

Remember, 家是自己天天呆的地方。買到自己喜愛的房是最重要的。
