What I learned from playing golf is being positive and holding that can-do attitude all the time. It applies to everything you do in real life too.
Last Sunday I watched Tiger Woods played Firestone Championship. And he won the game, not surprisingly. Yes, he is that good. Many may consider he took a risk at hole 16 shooting that 184 yard to the green, in order to catch up with another guy’s score. The hole is just 3 steps from the pond. When questioned about that after the game, Tiger said I knew I could do it. It’s the calculated risky taking and confidence that wins him 5 championships this year already.
I have been noticing for a long time, golf or any other ball games I am involved, it is that positive thinking sooths my nerve, relaxes the muscles, and eventually helps the game.

Being in western society so long and I am starting to appreciate the ‘anything you can do, I can do better’ attitude. Modest and timidity are considered a virtue in earlier Chinese standards, I don’t think they are true now. Although I appreciate the young girls behave like a true lady. Some girlish coyness is very attractive. Other than that, being confident and sunny makes girls lovelier.
