大俠們！EB-1 a Ref at NSC 緊急求助!

剛剛收到NSC 140 Eb1-a的Ref letter， 要求在2月25號前回複，萬分焦急。我是EB1-a
DIY的，希望大家能幫我出出主意，Blessing!

和報道不能滿足要求)
4 Review experience: reviewed 49 manuscripts for 17 Journals in Food Science
, 5個雜誌的編輯提供support letters to show extraordinary ability
5. Publications:
27 papers in international peer-reviewed journal. 14 first author. 10 second
- author. Four papers were selected by the ScienceDirect.com on the list of
Top25 Hottest Articles within four journals.
6. Citations: 38 citations (now 110 times)
7. References: 7 reference letters (5 independent)

Ref decision was approved by Director Gerard Heinauer (NSC/NLL EX 0159)

Ref letter如下:

2. Membership in associations in the field which require outstanding
achievements as judged by recognized national or international experts;

The record shows that the petitioner is a member in several scientific
societies. However, as the record did not include information regarding the
membership standards for these societies and subscription, they cannot be
considered to be sufficient evidence of extraordinary ability. If further
evidence of this criterion is to be submitted, it must include information
regarding the requirements necessary to meet for membership and demonstrate
that it is evidence of extraordinary ability.

感覺Sigma Xi和其他專業協會現在很難滿足這條，似乎非要做到專業的Fellow才能NSC
的標準，但畢竟不是我們Postdoc能達到的，所以這點我準備放棄。有更好的建議麽？

3. Published material about the alien in professional or major trade
publications or other major media;
The record shows several citations made by others of the petitioner’s work,
but this criterion requires that the evidence of article of articles about
the petitioner’s work, not articles that reference them to support their
own. If further evidence of this criterion is to be submitted, it must also
clearly indicate that the work is significant: an unevaluated listing in a
subject matter index or footnote, or a reference to the work without
evaluation is insufficient, or a mere reference to his work or inclusion of
his publications in bibliographies or footnote, would also be insufficient
for this criterion.

這裏是不是不僅僅要列出citation的list，還要找出別人的文章怎麽評價我的工作的？
大家有沒有更好的建議？我是不是在回複中加上updated citation list?

4. Participation on a panel or individually as a judge of the work of others
in the field or an allied field;
The record shows that the petitioner has participated in the peer review
process. While this suggests recognition of the petitioner’s knowledge and
competence, but further is needed to show the petitioner has extraordinary
ability. If further evidence of this criterion is to be submitted, it must
include information regarding the criteria for selection as panelist,
reviewer, etc.
在這項，我列出了所有審的49篇文章的Invitation letter和Thank you letter。而且
讓5個雜誌的編輯提供support letters to show extraordinary ability，但是NSC看
來還不滿足，真不知道他們想要啥樣子的？各位有沒有好的建議？

contributions of major significance in the field;
The record does not show such evidence.
NSC的意思是我不滿足這項要求，而我感覺這項恰恰是每個人幾乎都符合的。我在這項
陳述的是用所有Reference對我工作的評價，大家有沒有更好的建議？

6. Authorship of scholarly articles in the field, in professional or major
trade publications or other major media;
The record shows that the petitioner has had articles published and that
others have cited them. However, as the publication of article is part of
the career path of a research scientist, additional evidence, such as
further documentation of published articles cited them, is need to show that
the beneficiary has national or international acclaim for having
extraordinary ability.
這裏我感覺隻需要列出所有發表的文章的List，不知道怎麽NSC在這項還需要列出其他
研究者對我文章的citation,感覺和前麵重複了。

在NSC吃了Ref，心裏沒底，感覺要被據了，大家有沒有更好的建議給我，先謝過了!!!
