My agent just lock 4.375 15 year

for my refinance. is it a good deal?
I actually want30 years for 4.5,but she just locked without noticed me.

wesley5 2009-01-08 12:01:15 回複 悄悄話 It's hard to judge. The rate itself obviously is very decent, is there any closing cost? Monthly payment would be much higher with 15 year, you ready for that?
