Spelling Buzz Newsletter 07/12/2016 Introducing Public Word List Library! We created this Public Word List Library for ALL spellers to share commonly desired word lists. Appropriate word lists for Grades 1 - 9 are pre-loaded. Now you can easily find out how your children are doing at grade level. Just go to the Spelling Buzz public library and select them for your children's active study lists. We will continue adding new words to our collection, including spelling bee contest words.   SpellingBuzz Tip: While having lots of summer fun, don't forget to reinforce what your children have already learned and prepare them for the upcoming school year. 15 minutes a day can make a difference. Already know the words? Take a Mastery Challenge! With Master Challenge, you don’t have to spend time spelling the words you know 3 times. Look for this icon to take a mastery challenge. Correctly spelled words will be marked as “mastered” and you don’t have to practice them again.  This functionaly uses Spelling Bee contest format to help children understand the words being asked.   SpellingBuzz Tip: Also use this feature to test how well your children do at grade level. Queen Bee and King Bee At SpellingBuzz.com, being a queen bee or king bee is an honor!  Great for hard working spelling bees!   SpellingBuzz Tip: Earn 100 points every time you spell a word correctly. Earn 200 points when you master a word. Spelling is rewarding! Mastery/Contest Progress Easily monitor your study progress by checking out your report cards.  These convinient reports make life easier for busy spelling bees!
