experts, can a man without a phd get a postdoc

position? i am an online master and have no job. basically no money and no transportation. wondering if i can apply for a postdoc position. my specialty is tech support and english. my hobby is statistics. on average i guess a postdoc may get $3000 a month, which is more than enough for me.
