homework before seeing our yacht club manager

He is in charge of all the slip and yacht managment here.

i was going to talk with Creg first since he owned a slip and a 50 footer for more than 20 years and knows all the stuff of yachting and maitnance and renting. Creg is the one that approached me and talked with me in one community event. His wife is an ABC lady but she seems in big health trouble and barely coule walk or talk with energy, and she is only in her mid-60s. how sad. 

Creg recommends me to see the Manager and told me to mention his name to the Manager and tell the Manager he sent me.

this is something new for me and i think i will need to do some homework first.

first, read all the information i could get

second, memorize the structure of the harbour, study the types of yachts

show him my pictures of our community (he might use one or two of the pictures for his works)

my needs and requirments

prepare my questions.
