回鄉記 之二 狗十戒

1. My life likely to last ten to fifteen years.　Any separation from you will be painful for me.Remember that before you buy me.
我的生命可能有十至十五年。我怎樣離開你都會令我很痛苦。你要在買下我或領我回家之前謹記, 並考慮清楚。






2.Give me time to understand what you want of me.
你要給我一點時間去明白你對我的要求。因為我一直在努力做一隻聽話的狗狗，我最大的幸福就是你對我的誇獎。






3.Place your trust in me--it's crucial to my Well-being.
你要信賴我－這對我的幸福是很重要的。因為我將永遠信賴你，無論你將帶給我的是天堂還是地獄。





4.Don't be angry for me for long and don't lock me up as punishment.You have your work,your entertainment and your firends.I have only you.
你不要時常對我生氣，也不要用禁閉來懲罰我。你有工作、娛樂及朋友。而我卻隻有你。你用多餘的時間、精力、金錢愛我，而我奉獻給你的是我的全部。






5.Talk to me sometimes. Even if I don't understand your words.I understand your voice when it's speaking to me.
你要時常對我說話。即使我不懂你的語言，我也可以明白你的語氣。因為我每天都會花很長時間觀察你。





6.Be aware that however you treat me.I'll never forget it.
你要知道無論你怎樣對我，我是永遠不會忘記的。我會永遠包括以德報怨。





7.Remember before you hit me that I have teeth that could easily crush the bones of your hand,
在你打我之前要謹記，我的牙齒可以咬傷你的手，但是我沒有這樣做。我對你的愛使我情願受傷的是我自己。





8.Before you scold me for being uncooperative,please ask yourself if something might be bothering me.Perhaps I'm not getting the right food,or I've been run in the sun too long or my heart is getting old and weak.
在你罵我不合作、非常固執或懶惰之前，反問自己這是否因為我有其它煩惱。我可能得不到合適的食物、在陽光下逗留時間太長又或者我的心髒已經越來越老化和虛弱。





9.Take care of me when I get old. You too,will grow old.
當我年老的時候，你要照顧我，因為你也是會老的。照顧日漸衰老的我會使你的靈魂得到升華。





10.Go with me on difficult journeys.　Never sayＩcan't bear to watch it or let it happen in my absent. Everything is easily for me if you are there.Remember, I love you.
當我要捱過最辛苦的曆程，千萬不可以說：“我不忍心看他。”或者“讓我不在場時再發生。”如果你在我身邊，我對每一件事情都會更加容易接受。你永遠不要忘記，我愛你。如果你我交換位置，我不會為自己找任何拋棄你的借口，請陪伴我走完生命的最後一段路。
