The 2009 goal: be patient, strictly abidy by all kinds of rules

especialy, the traffic rules.

我的2008罰單 total $1120 I paid yesterday(they did not update my address. so I did not get any information from then before.):

Rea light: 6 times, total $640

Speeding:12 times, total $48０

Althought the cashier made fun of me about that yesterday, I felt guilty, esp, I got 8 speeding tickets on the same road , 2 speeding tickets the same day the same road!
