my windows 7 does not support 5.1 sound. Anyone has the same

issue? I am using mad dog CMI8738 PCI audio card. When I tried to configure my speaker, only stereo showed up, not 5.1. I tried to download the driver from CD or from internet, it reported that the driver is good. Any suggestions? Many thank you for your help.

"Driver is good", it menas it's working but it doesn't mean it's right one. You need to go to the original manufacture to find the exact match.
