2012之春行華南 - “湛藍之濱”湛江

中學曆史課上, 讀過光緒二十五年法國脅迫清政府簽訂《中法互訂廣州灣租界條約》, 一直以為廣州灣是屬於廣州附近的海灣. 在去湛江前做功課時, 才發現謬之千裏. “廣州灣"法國租界是在湛江. 可見望文生義, 害人不淺. 湛江的遂溪、吳川兩縣部分陸地、島嶼及兩縣間的麻斜海灣(今湛江港灣)劃為法國租界,統稱“廣州灣". 聞一多先生寫下了名篇《七子之歌》(澳門、香港、台灣、威海衛、廣州灣、九龍、旅順大連等七處“失地”),第五章便是“廣州灣”湛江。


春秋戰國時期,湛江為百越南境。秦始皇帝統一中國後,湛江轄入秦版圖,歸屬象郡.這些在中學曆史書上都有記載. 估計曆史過於悠久, 湛江是廣東省內方言最為複雜的城市, 有湛江市區白話,吳川白話,梅菉白話、廉江白話、遂溪白話、龍頭塘蓬白話和雷州話. 估計湛江各個縣市的人之間還是要以白話和普通話交流.


湛江位於粵西南,瀕南海,南隔瓊州海峽與海南省相望,西臨北部灣,是粵桂瓊三省的交匯地帶. 海岸線長, 盛產天然優質的海鮮. 熱帶亞熱帶作物資源豐富,是著名的菠蘿、香蕉、芒果、紅橙之鄉. 湛江也是中國海軍南海艦隊司令部所在地.


一入湛江,呼吸中就可以感覺到海洋的味道. 美麗修長的棕櫚,在海風中輕舞搖曳. 觀海長廊上漫步, 人走在風景裏, 沿途紅花綠草點綴, 再在海風椰陰下吸一個椰子,味道好極啦!


著名的湛江白切雞,選雞尤為講究,多為兩斤左右的三黃雞或者肥閹雞,必須是本地的走地雞。煮雞講究文火濃湯煮至九成熟,出鍋用花生油塗抹雞身,雞皮爽嫩滑口。配料則是本地上等食油配以小磨芝麻油、沙薑、芫荽、蔥白或蒜茸,光說起來就讓人口舌生津. 湛江的炒粉多帶點溫溫的濕潤, 彈性很好,頗有糯感.


朋友請去紅珊瑚特色餐廳用餐, 食材很新鮮,所以美味. 其高級水族箱裏,配有多姿多彩的活珊瑚和海葵。如果你還沒見過,真的非常值得一看。


在湛江, 沒事望一望大海, 逛逛眾多的熱帶花園,心會自然的平靜下來. 羨慕湛江人愜意的生活, 羨慕那一片藍天,碧海和白沙!
